I am a Canadian seller and need to have my two step verification disabled so I have submitted my drivers license over 3 or 4 times now, and again today and have not even received a response!

Still no update, I did submit to have my two step verification disabled on one of my other accounts an authorized user that was deleted which was successful but the account does not log in, is this some kind of joke to authorize two step verification removal on a deleted account with the exact same documents i've used here ??
