Hi,
I have been selling on Amazon since 2021 and recently received a notification to verify my account and submit the required documents.
I submitted the self-attestation as per the given format, along with the Certificate of Existence. However, my account still shows the same status, and it indicates that it will be suspended in 20 days if the documents are not submitted.
I reached out to Seller Support via case id 17463866551, but they were unable to assist. I’m unsure what additional documents are needed to avoid suspension.
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

As you mentioned there's is now a concern with completing verification, after providing all your documents and even reaching out to our support teams you are still not able to resolve the situation. I have looked over the case and the information provided, a common scenario I see related to this is due to mismatching information between your documentation and what is being used to maintain the account.
Have you reviewed all account information fields to confirm your information all match 100%? Since you started selling in 2021 have you moved, changed locations or ownership? If you've had any changes, have you updated both your account information and subsequent business documents to reflect them? When it comes to the self-attestation, I recommend reviewing an earlier post on their requirements. This will help with the verification you documents meet our expectations.

Yes, I updated all the information. I also obtained the certificate of existence and submitted it in a Word document along with self-attestation.
I am not sure if I can share it here. Let me know if you would like to look at it?
I am glad to see you were able to obtain your documents and update your information. I would not recommend posting your personal details in this space, but I would like to inquire if you have heard back after updating everything? If you have not heard back I would inquire if you clicked the "submit for verification" since these documents are not automatically sent to the review teams once you verify and upload everything.

I have followed up with the team as I myself have not received any communication on the situation.
Our teams have advised, a notification was provided in seller central on 4/18/25 including the following information:
How do I update the required information?
To update your legal entity in Seller Central,
- Go to "Identity Information": (Removed Link)
- In the "Review your country of establishment and business type" section, click "Update now."
- Select your business location country and correct legal entity.
- Confirm your business details and click "Save."
- Click "Submit for Verification."
Per their last communication with me, our teams were still awaiting this to be completed. If you are still running into issues with this, please share any additional information including screenshots, locations of errors or error messages you encounter. If you have completed this request, please advise on what date this was completed after receiving this notice. I would additionally advise that you review all information provided in this notification as it helps identify the correct legal entity information is being provided.
