Shipping label buying issue to Puerto Rico
I have been having problems with shipping to Puerto Rico for the last two days. When I want to buy a label from Amazon, it keeps giving this warning.
'Based on your inputs or preferences, there are no shipping services currently eligible for your order. Check that your weight, dimensions, ship date, and carrier preferences are accurate. To see why shipping services were ineligible, please click on the link below.'
I checked many shipping preferences but I couldn't solve the problem. Is there anyone else who had this problem and solved it?

Amazon has had a long long history of problems with Puerto Rico. Often the problem arose because the buyer had given Puerto Rico as their country (der) and then Amazon stopped looking at it as domestic and looked at it as international. Whether this has ever been corrected ???

I am also having this problem, which only started happening two days ago. I cancelled one order and I have one more (at least) that I have not cancelled yet. So far seller support has wasted most of the last 12 hours giving me instructions for how to print a label. I don’t want to buy labels off of pirateship because I don’t want to make a bad Situation worse by shipping outside of amazon especially if It seems like something is wrong with these addresses.

Same here. I have zero options available to ship using Buy Shipping. Just going to cancel and drop PR through the holidays. I bet this is a holiday issue. I think they'll resume shipping there after the extended returns period.
