You can create a removal order as long as your account is in good standing.

Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help! Amazon only supports removals from AWD storage when the seller's product has defects that may impact the buyer or if their product is no longer sellable on the Amazon store in which they have their products listed.

If the seller has a genuine reason for removals they can request via raising a support case.
