I got this message 20 days ago; Your account has been deactivated due to inactivity. In order to reactivate your account, we need to verify your identity again. You will need the following documents to complete the verification process.

and I have submit my document & payment method again by the caselog 13005617381. It show me "under reveiw " for 20days.

The problem is my 1st shipment have receiving and my inventory is available but waiting for reactivate my account, how long it will take?

Once an appeal has been submitted, we would need to allow the relevant team to complete their review before any further action could be taken.There may be a delay with the team responding due to high volume in cases, we ask to please have patience as we try to assist and help provide a resolution and resolve the issue.

While going through the review process, please continue to monitor the Account Info and Case Log (to include the case ID you have provided here in the thread) pages for further updates as they become available.
