Customer Claiming damage. Opened return
I sent a signature, insured package to a customer. The customer opened the return as " box looked like it was kicked down the street" they selected product box and items box were damaged. So far, they have not replied to any of my amazon messages requesting pictures of the damage, or why they signed for a badly damaged box, opposed to refusing it. I need to file an insurance claim, but if the customer refuses to take part in the claim, what to do ? I have no idea if they will return the item or not, it is a high demand item. So they maybe were fishing, but sometimes these people will just switcharoo.
