Feature Offer issue

Is there anyone from Amazon support who can help me with this serious issue? I’ve been selling one of my FBA products for the past couple of months, but I have not received the Featured Offer from Amazon. I’m even selling my product at a very low price, with no profit, just to qualify for the Featured Offer. There are no other sellers on my listing, as this is my private label product. I’ve contacted support multiple times, but they haven’t been able to help. If anyone can assist me with this matter, please reach out

Are you a new seller? If so, it'll take time for you to gain Amazon's trust.
This may come back to bite you. If you get sales from this low offer, Amazon will use that as their reference price and you'll likely be unable to increase it without being hit with a high pricing error. You might rethink this strategy.

I wanted to stop by and check in on this discussion post. I found your CASE ID ending 7201 with Selling Partner Support and they mentioned you were ineligible for featured offer eligibility due to a pricing issue. You mentioned in the original thread above you have updated the price since the conversation with support.
Have you followed up on a new case with Selling Partner Support to see if that update helped reinstate your Featured Offer Eligibilty for the ASIN mentioned on CASE ID ending 7201?
