Removing the Frequently Returned Banner from my Listing

A couple of my listings have a banner below that says it's a frequently returned item, which has lowered my sales. We fixed the return issue and lowered the return amount by a lot but the banner does not go away. How can I solve this?

Hello @Seller_zYWEvejcIrFA8,

Michelle at Amazon here! This banner will go away in time after more orders come in that are not returned. I can't give you an exact time or how many orders it will take, however, once your defect rate improves for this item, it will be removed.

To prevent this from happening to other items you sell, I would review your Voice of the Customer page frequently so you can catch issues before they get the banner applied. I do not know how many defects it takes to have the banner added either as it's category specific and item specific and is controlled by Seller Performance.

Wishing you the best!

Michelle
