Amazon saying I am over my FBA capacity limit with two boxes

Pretty much what the title says. From what I understand I get 15 sq. feet to work with, and somehow, Amazon is trying to tell me that 2 boxes that are no more than a foot and a half long/wide on each side takes up that whole space. I keep getting presented with this error: "This product exceeds your current FBA capacity limit for Standard-size storage. Expand Capacity Monitor at the bottom of the page to view the maximum shipment volume for Standard-size storage. Learn more

One or more types of prep on this item can be removed"

Can anybody tell me how I can fix this? Super frustrating

How large does Amazon think your product(s) are? It's totally possible that the dimensions Amazon has in it's system are not the correct dimensions. A cubiscan may fix your issue.

You can't ask for cubicscan if the items are not at FBA.

We are dealing with the same issues and frustrations. I've sent feedback to amazon countless times as that is the only way I can attempt to get across to them but nothing comes of it. The FBA inventory shows that I am nowhere near my capacity yet it will not let me ship more inventory. It is causing my inventory ranking to suffer but most importantly it is causing missed sales as the product goes out of stock every week because Amazon's system randomly decides how many it will let me send. Each day it will let me send different quantities... if it lets me send any at all (And there is no correlation with the Available or inbound inventory). The system is messed up and causing a loss of income and time for us and Amazon.
