Cant Process a Refund
Hi all,
We’ve encountered an issue using the Amazon Review Tool that allows sellers to respond to negative reviews and offer refunds directly to customers.
We followed the process as outlined, selected the “Offer Full Refund” option, and a message was sent to the customer offering them a full refund. However, after this message was sent, we discovered that the refund cannot actually be processed — the system now states that a refund is "unavailable".
This is quite concerning, as the tool did not indicate any such limitation before allowing us to send the offer. We are now in a difficult position where the customer expects a refund, but we have no ability to deliver on that promise.
