By the way, anyone could tell me why do buyers need to wait at home for a day for returns? Can we improve the buyer's return experience? Thanks.

Review content: stiches came undone when assembling. Never got to use due to breaking during first set up. In order to return they made me wait all day at home the next day. After waiting all day and half the evening I gave up and left my house at 6:15pm and they showed up at night to pick up the item. So I have to sit at home all day/evening and night again tomorrow to return the item. It feels like they are trying to punish me for not accepting an crappy item that is either defective or just a piece of crap.

As mentioned, Amazon has very strict and particular guidelines in which they may remove reviews that violate Amazon guidelines. All of these apply only to reviews on the Amazon website (not on personal websites). Buyers can also remove their own reviews. Reviews on your website have nothing to do with Amazon.
Amazon does not remove product reviews other than for their own reasons, so even if you are talking about review on Amazon (not your website), they won't remove it.
Buyers do not need to wait at home to return something unless you mean very large items or if they are insisting on home pick up.

This review is for a product that failed to meet buyers expectations so they returned it and the return experience was not as bad as one I had where I actually had to pay a fee for home pickup of the very large item that also was a piece of crap so I think this review should stay!!

You seem to lack seller experience. If the return is for and amazon item, the chances are good that customer service issued the return with UPS. If that is the case the customer is required to wait for UPS to pick up the item. UPS has the label and puts it on the package.
If you have a good business with good customer service and great reviews, then move on. There is no help for the review amazon does little to help with reviews.
Your website is not amazons. You have to deal with it. Sorry you are having a hard time hope this help you understand better. The review has told us you need to do better.
