Why doesn't Seller Support talk to their own Internal Support Team

I had a buyer return and item claiming it was fake. I have sold over a 1000 of items in this category and when I shipped all my invoices into Amazon, they said they needed more information. I contacted seller support, who agreed with my assessment and what I told and shown them. However, they stated they could not fix the issue as they do not talk directly to their Internal Team and it was their responsibility to fix it. They told me to submit all my invoices and that the issue would be resolved. I replied 3 or 4 times stating that I have already done so and that I needed more help or to get a contact information for the internal team. They replied stating that I was taking up Seller's Supports time and that they could block my access to support if I kept messaging them about the issue that wasn't fixed.

Anyway, rant over. Does anyone have a contact information for Amazon's Internal Team? or has anyone dealt with this before. I find, trying to get help with Amazon support is quite frustrating as they simply just tell you to do what you have already done in emails and just send you the same cookie cutter replies each time.

Has the listing actually been removed yet? Unless the listing is removed, I don't think it's worth pursuing. It'll disappear as a violation in 180 days.

I had one of these and they never followed through with closing off the listing before the deadline. They didn't accept the appeal but since it was only 1 of over a hundred sold, and were selling up to 10 items a week, they never actually closed the listing.
