Amazon Global Logistics - print pallet labels
Hello,
I am shipping through AGL, now I am at the last step after printing my box labels. Step 4 now says "Print pallet labels" and it asks for the number of pallets I am shipping even though I am not shipping pallets, only 13 boxes. This info is included when I first started my shipment plan. I am wondering if this "Print pallet labels" part is filled by amazon since I am using AGL..

First, here is a link to the Guide to using Amazon Global Logistics service. This does not answer your question specifically, but it does mention the pallet label printing as "if applicable." I know you stated that when creating the shipment plan you mentioned this, but maybe there is another location where you might have missed selecting sending individual units instead of a pallet.
If you can provide a screen shot(s) of what you are seeing, I can escalate to the AGL team to get more info on your issue.
