Is it possible to reactivate my account after Section 3 violation?

Has anyone had luck with reactivating an account after deactivation due to Section 3 violation?

Upon gathering the necessary documents that were requested to reactivate my account, I became aware that the website was no longer active. This unfortunately leads me to believe that we were, in fact, sold inauthentic products. I even spoke to a representative before I placed my order to confirm authenticity so this took me by surprise. However, I take full responsibility for my lack of futher verification of the website and the products purchased. I tried explaining this in an appeal but I keep getting a generic response that they need more information. Has anyone had any luck with submitting a plan of action or are there any recommended steps to reactivate my account?

Amazon dectivated my account in August for a Section 3 violation for a product I had never sold nor listed. It took them almost 2-3 months to reactivate my account. Not even a month into our activation we were deactivated again even though I had submitted my invoices for all of my inventory including the product that led to my current deactivation. I am feeling discouraged since I am not able to contact support aside from email and when I send an email I keep getting the same generic response. Is there anyone that has overcome this hurdle?

you are not coming back from this. You were expected to confirm distributors with the brand and be brand authorized to retail for them on Amazon.

Amazon has been quite clear lately that the ONLY recourse for an IP complaint is to provide the required documents. No apology nor promise to do better will clear the infraction; if you don't have the proper documents, there is no way forward. There is no second chance.
