After removed listing restrictions and the Account Health policy violation record, but asin still inactive, when I click the ''edit listing'' I was told:

Collectible, Refurbished, Used conditions
You cannot list the product in this condition.----
seller support team said this asin maybe mark as jewelry category not Clothing, Shoes & Jewelry category any more. that's why I can't reactive the asin. Can anyone help me fix this? it's been over a month, I try to open case and case to fix this issue, but still there

Hello @Seller_Ufdvg4scXKs5B- thank you for ensuring this situation was surfaced here on the forums. I am glad to see you are already working on this same issue with @Josh_Amazonvia your original thread on this topic.
