Email I recieved from Amazon is as below:

Hello,

Your Amazon selling account has been deactivated. Your listings have been removed in accordance with section 3 of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement. We are withholding any funds available in your account. If you have FBA inventory of the items causing "inauthentic" complaints, they are currently ineligible for removal.

Why is this happening?

We have taken this measure because we have concerns about the authenticity of the items listed at the end of this email. In order to ensure that customers can shop with confidence on Amazon, we request additional information from sellers to confirm the authenticity of certain products. The sale of counterfeit products on Amazon is strictly prohibited. How do I reactivate my account?

To reactivate your account, go to your "Account Health" and click on "Reactivate My Account" to submit necessary information.

What happens if I do not submit the required information?

If we do not receive the requested information your account will remain deactivated.

It is my new account i have never sold any product it was my first product The thing is I would like to clarify that after submitting the invoice from authorized distributor for brand approval request for the Anessa brand, Amazon did not approve my request. Consequently, I did not list this product on my seller account on Amazon, nor could I do as my brand approval was rejected.

As per the case, my brand approval request was declined by Amazon, and I subsequently closed the case.

Given that I never listed this product on my seller account, I believe the deactivation of my seller account is an error. Kindly please help what Should i do ? How can Amazon deactivate my account for not listing the product.

Any and all advise is welcome to get my seller central account back on track.

Maybe that's not true since Amazon removed the listing in question:

Maybe you listed the product just for some minutes to delete it later on.

Another possibility is of course that the deactivation took place based on your request for approval submitting an "invoice". That shows the INTENTION to sell.
