Why was I automatically added to Amazon.ca without my consent, and how do I get off it?
Today I received an email about a charge to my account from Amazon.ca:
"We have charged your credit card (Visa) for CDN$ 19.30 in an attempt to settle your Amazon.ca seller account balance."
This was a surprise to me as I never registered on any Amazon market outside the US, and apparently this charge was for a subscription fee. This seems to have been done automatically by Amazon without my knowledge or consent.
My question now is how do I cancel this Amazon.ca account without cancelling my Amazon.com seller account? It seems like it should be something very obvious to do but it doesn't appear to be the case and I can't figure it out. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

So basically you get US, Canada & Mexico as part of 1 fee for NA Unified Account.
Now if you do not want the fees to be split up - then login to your Canada account (at the top of the screen in the white box you can switch between them)
Make sure you have no inventory listed in the other marketplaces. If you do delete them.
