A-z claim refund with signature on delivery

Order 111-6844138-8162605 We received SIGNATURE on delivery. Customer wrote in the emails he received the item. He also stated in the emails he called Amazon to have the claim reversed and he requested in the emails to have the claim reversed and yet Amazon emailed us the following

I dont understand . What more does a seller need to do??? This is INSANE. How can I get my refund?? This is for a $1200 item!!! Whats the way to go about it? Amazon does not offer proper seller support !

Welcome to the new and improved Amazon! They have been ignoring policies lately. You pay $5 and change for signature right and that doesn't even matter, even though policy says your protected.

I think Amazon knows there's a scamming issue going on and they can't afford to cover sellers anymore unless they're making money off forcing you into Buy Shipping. And even some folks in Buy Shipping face similiar issues, losing A-Z claims on first go and having to appeal.

We were denied 3 times for freight forwarder damage going against policy and Amazon giving buyer return label with package stuck in Canada because it was US return label, not Canada.

Then on January 9th at least a week after last denial, magically we were credited. They probably caught onto the scammer doing it a few times.

You need to get a rep that actually looks into it and doesn't just send form email. It's all depending on which rep you get.

You are screwed, Amazon is a place which allows fraud without question.

I mean, you literally have proof, does not matter. We have all been there, best bet is to take anything of high value off Amazon. You are not protected on Amazon as a seller. This is a known fact for MANY years now.

I sincerely think that sometimes there is an unfair abuse of power. I don’t know; contact your attorney or something. All parties involved deserve to be treated fairly and just, money is hard, especially as a small business. I have had about 45 A-Z claim shipping products I was selling to Mexico, when these customers from Mexico understood these loopholes they were all using it to their advantage. They received the products and opened a claim but never returned it or when the product is already on its way and almost delivered they will open an A-Z claim and get their refund from Amazon, some also told me they returned the money to Amazon cos they decided to keep the product. But I never got the money, my 45 products sold I never got the money back, my account health was penalized and sometimes the customers would email me a screenshot of someone on Amazon writing them to keep the product and not return it. This ruined my business entirely cos these products were about $150 cos I was using expensive shipping UPS for fast and reliable shipping to Mexico. That was why I stopped selling it in Mexico cos these customers were taking lots of advantage of me and me as a seller was never protected so it ruined my business.

AtoZ is whacked not reliable we have one customer ordered item twice 45 minutes apart both shipped both delivered same day however they file AtoZ claim saying they did not get item and Amazon funds with our money BS! We are not offering BOGO here if items are delivered on time using Amazon shipping this is AMAZONS issue yet Amazon promotes FRAUD and it will only get worse now that BEZOS haas kissed the ring! Customer also refuses to respond even when we provided them with 2 proof of delivered by USPS at the same time to them clearly Amazon ignores evidence because they make revenue keeping fraudulent customers making transactions!

I sincerely think that sometimes there is an unfair abuse of power. I don’t know; contact your attorney or something. All parties involved deserve to be treated fairly and just, money is hard, especially as a small business. I have had about 45 A-Z claim shipping products I was selling to Mexico, when these customers from Mexico understood these loopholes they were all using it to their advantage. They received the products and opened a claim but never returned it or when the product is already on its way and almost delivered they will open an A-Z claim and get their refund from Amazon, some also told me they returned the money to Amazon cos they decided to keep the product. But I never got the money, my 45 products sold I never got the money back, my account health was penalized and sometimes the customers would email me a screenshot of someone on Amazon writing them to keep the product and not return it. This ruined my business entirely cos these products were about $150 cos I was using expensive shipping UPS for fast and reliable shipping to Mexico. That was why I stopped selling it in Mexico cos these customers were taking lots of advantage of me and me as a seller was never protected so it ruined my business.
