While I was opening a UK seller account, my accounts in other countries were linked to my UK account and closed.

While I was opening a UK seller account, my accounts in other countries (JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, SINGAPORE, SAUDI ARABIA, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, MEXICO, CANADA, AMERICA, AND OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES) were linked to my UK account and closed.

My UK account was stuck in authentication and my other accounts were closed due to the relationship. Then, a video call was made for identity verification on my UK account and 5 days later, my UK account was verified and opened. But my other accounts remained closed. Even though I sent the requested documents over and over again for my other accounts, they still do not open. Please someone help me.

Hi @MAHMUDSIDDIKECEVIT,

Thank you for your post and the information you have provided. I understand you are dealing with a related account issue.

Based off the information you are providing, this may be a scenario where you may have opted for global registration at the initial creation of your account. This allows sellers to create selling accounts in multiple Amazon stores worldwide through one registration application.

These accounts are linked together and use a single sign-on in Seller Central so that you can log into the accounts with a single email address and password. Since you have one set of login credentials, you may believe you have only one account, but that is not always the case if you registered in more than one region. Region examples would be the North American region containing the US, Canada, and Mexican marketplaces whereas the European regions would include the UK, France, and Germany marketplaces.

"My UK account was stuck in authentication and my other accounts were closed due to the relationship."

"5 days later, my UK account was verified and opened."

Based off this information, the UK marketplace being deactivated lead to the deactivation of your other marketplaces. Since your UK marketplace has since been reinstated, you can now go into the the other affected marketplaces and submit an appeal stating the account to which you were linked (the UK marketplace) has been reactivated. This should be sufficient to get the other marketplaces back up and running.

"my accounts in other countries (JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, SINGAPORE, SAUDI ARABIA, UNITED ARAB EMIRATES, MEXICO, CANADA, AMERICA, AND OTHER EUROPEAN COUNTRIES) were linked to my UK account and closed"

The list of affected marketplaces you provided reflect several regions. You should only need to submit an appeal from the primary marketplace within that region. For example, you listed all three marketplaces in the North American region (US, Canada, and Mexico). Since the primary marketplace in that region is the US store, you would only need to submit an appeal from that marketplace to get all NA marketplaces reinstated. This same concept would apply to the Japan, Australia, and Singapore markets. Since the UK marketplace has already been reinstated, your European marketplaces (the Emirates marketplace would be included in this region) should also be back up and running.

Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.

Regards,

Troy
