We tried to list our product, the CheckNow Multi-Drug Urine Test Cup, on Amazon, but it was blocked with no obvious reason.
The product is Health Canada-licensed, Class 3, OTC.
It meets all required regulations.

I can see that the team in charges sent you a notification through your performance notification on December 11, 2024, regarding the documentation needed in case of a possible reinstatement.
Also on January 15, 2025, the team in charged requested some information in order to further investigate.
I do recommend you to keep an eye on your performance notifications so you don't miss any other information they may need from you.
