Return of "Inaccurate Website Description"

Hi All,

It's been a while since we had a return. We are Fulfilment By Merchant and had a buyer just submit a return for "Inaccurate Website Description" stating the reason is "contains artificial fragrance that is VERY strong".

I double checked our description on Amazon to make sure there was nothing wrong, and there wasn't. Our description is accurate, listing the ingredients which clear state "phthalates free fragrance". Additionally, we list the scent notes, one of which is Rose. Anything with a rose scent is going to be more fragrant than some other scents. Scent is a subjective thing, what's strong to one person is barely scented to another. Not sure how we could've done anything different in the listing.

There was nothing on our end that wasn't described properly. Is Safe-T still being used for sellers?

It has nothing to do with your "description" -like you said, everyone is different. That's just the reason they chose, not necessarily the correct reason, but none the less, that's what they chose. There is no Safe-T claim if the item you receive back is exactly what you sent them.
