My Business address gets invalid when I try to reverify it, why?

I am an Uzbekistan resident.
I'm in the 'INFORM Consumers Act Verification' process, trying to confirm my business address. At first, everything seems fine and I see the page that askes for a verification code that's supposed to be sent in a postcard to my address. But the next day I am told that the address that I provided is invalid. There is one attempt left for me and I don't know what to do with that. My account got already deactivated. I don't want to get blocked.
I use the exact same address that I used when I registered my seller account at the first place. I have no idea why the same address is invalid now

I see that you are attempting to verify your address for the Inform Consumers Act, and you are receiving an error that your address is invalid.
From what you shared and the screenshot you have provided, you currently have 1 attempt left to request a postcard. I suggest to select "add a new address" and enter your address manually instead of copy and pasting the address. If you receive an error that states "exhausted all attempts" please post the screenshot of the error here in this thread so we can have this looked at by the appropriate team.
