Shipment processing time to Amazon

Hello,

I would like to know if you have noticed that the process of receiving goods in Amazon centers has become longer, before the products are made available for sale?

ontario warehouse nightmare. YYZ9 dead dead dead YYZ3 bad bad bad YXU1 new warehouse going to be BAD BAD BAD . we have over 9 shipments closed at 0 . Be ready with your invoices !

I have tried for reimbursement for shipments closed at 0 and have not received reimbursement, they tell me that our ownership documents are correct, but the shipment isn't eligible for reimbursement as they have not counted any of the FNSKUS. (The whole point of a reimbursement, they lost the whole shipment box after delivery confirmation!)

I have been fighting this for over a month now with seller support for a shipment delivered to Amazon YYZ1 on June 30th and am getting nowhere. Perhaps a forum moderator can help out, CASE ID 13566372721

Yea, i've had that happen already a few times this year. Hopefully that happens for this one too. The only difference is they found the missing inventory that was part of a shipment already checked in and partially received.

This time, they didn't receive the whole shipment. Shipment was just 1 box though.
