I have not received payment.
I have not received my payment which was disburse on 12/7/23 and today is 12/12/2023 normally I received payment in proper time but still now after waiting 6days I do not get my payment while in payment section it's showing payment status DONE and also showing trace ID.Please help.

Hi there, my name is CR And thank you for your post here in the New Seller Community.
I was able to peek into your account and see that you had your most recent payment go through on 12/8/2023 which has been completed.
Your next payment is underway as of 12/11/23 and is progressing through the steps currently and was updated as of late last night.
Everything looks like it is moving along from what I can see on my end. If you are saying you did not receive the payment from 12/8/23, you will need to bring the trace ID to your bank for tracking.
Please do let me know if that is not the case or if I am misunderstanding your question here.
