Someone or Something keeps changing my listing pictures

So Seller Central suggested that I improve my listings, which I agree with, so I spent a week creating a whole new picture set for about 20 items. First I share about 15 listings with 15 other sellers, but I submitted some documents saying that I have permission to change the pictures and Amazon agreed. So I have this item that is Black Colored, I updated the pictures, they were accepted and perfect, I'm done. Then about a week later, somehow the pictures were changed to a Beige Item. I called tech support and she wouldn't tell me anything, just sorry. I made my case where the item is black, and the pictures show beige, pictures from 10 years ago. She said Amazon thinks the old pictures from 10 years ago that look like a child made them are better, and that's that, I have no say.

I can't sell black colored items with beige colored pictures, people will return the item. So my question here is ....

When she says Amazon, is this AI, and AI made the decision, or is Amazon a human?

Would it be possible that another seller is sabotaging the listing, so as I try to make them better, someone makes them worse, and out powers me in rank.

Could a competitive brand and group of people in China register the ASIN, and just start changing things on me for the worse?

This has been going on for 4 years now, where other listings have been destroyed as well, changing Beige items to blue item pictures, and I can't get any of them fixed, nor told how or why, and it happens in the middle of the night between 12AM and 7AM every time.

It feels like Amazon wants to see the product line fail slowly over time, and they don't want the business. I'm frustrated ....

Hello @Seller_4mfUKWZHCEH2P,

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I would be happy to take a look into your issue. Please, provide a case ID that you have opened with Seller Support for this issue and I will research.

Without see any additional detail, since you mention your listings have other sellers, there is a change they also have "permission," to update attributes. If the brand of the ASIN is enrolled in Brand Registry and the Brand themselves are active in selling, they will "win," in their contributions over an authorized reseller.

Please provide the case ID here and I will review.

Best, Dougal
