WE CAN'T FILE A CLAIM WITH UPS

Exactly as the title says we no longer are able to file any claim with ups online through their portal, even through the phone they are saying that they will have to contact the buyer and requested their phone number unfortunately amazon won't provide the phone number of the buyer after the item was marked as delivered and they also needed to pick up the items from the buyer although most of our shipments are less than 100$ and they are automatically covered under their policies.

and they also need to provide with photos of the damages which previously packages under 100$ were treated in different way where there's no need to submit photos of the damages" that the buyer won't provide as per amazon policy and amazon will refund the buyer directly"

so they are denying or not allowing us to file a claim anywhere with that issue. it's an urgent matter please help us with that as we're getting losses due to this issue please reach UPS and try to solve the issue over the UPS ACCOUNTS that associated with the BUY SHIPPING AS WE'VE REACHED THEM 1000 TIMES AND THEY STATED THAT AMAZON NEEDS TO REACH THEM AND RESOLVE THE OPTION TO GET THE ACCOUNT BACK TO THE INITIAL WAY THAT IS " CLAIM ISSUED- NO INSPECTION IS REQUIRED "

if anyone is facing same problem let us all complain about this procedure or new process that are not adequate.
