Hi @Seller_kSQ4An4xeoBtU,

Under the "Box dimensions" section at Shipping and routing requirements, boxes with multiple items must not exceed 25 inches on any side. However, there's a specific exception if you're shipping just one oversized item:

"A box may exceed the 25.0 inches if it contains a single oversize unit that measures longer than 25 inches. If this is the case, then the box must only contain one single oversized item and must not be significantly longer than the item dimensions."

Just keep in mind you'll need:

  • Only one item per box
  • Box size close to the item's dimensions
  • 2 inches of cushioning on all sides

Also, since we're now past February 5, 2024, there are new size categories that might apply to your item. You can check the updated "Product size tier definitions" at Product size tiers to see if your item falls under the new "Large bulky" or "Extra-large" categories.
