Amazon Warehousing Errors and AI Service Replies

Attention Amazon Sellers:

Are there sellers having constant AI replies from Amazon Services rather than a human representative who can clearly understand your issue?

We had two ASINs removed from inventory in October 2023 for patent violations. We didn't contest the patent violations and had Amazon Services liquidate the remaining units in December 2023. The two ASIN pages have been deactivated, closed, and deleted. The issue was resolved and our account health was returned to good standing (HEALTHY) again. Problem solved? NOPE.

Amazon warehousing "found" and returned some units of the 2 ASINs in February 2024 and claims we are in patent violations once again. After contacting AMAZON HEALTH SUPPORT and AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICES several times stating we had Amazon liquidate the units, both Amazon departments told us they couldn't help.

Amazon Health Support (AI-controlled) is incapable of dealing with the issue, and Amazon customer service tells us to contact Amazon Health Support. No Amazon service department wants to take responsibility for dealing with Amazon warehousing errors or cases such as ours.

For those who have experienced Amazon liquidation errors as stated above, please advise. Dealing with Amazon services is a huge headache since no service department wants to help us.

Thanks in advance.
