Low rate review because of customer's mistake in ordering the right package.s it possible to remove it?

We have products that come in single packs and two packs. The customer ordered one single pack and paid for it but assumed they had ordered a two-pack. When they received the order in one package, they left us a low review, which is unfair. Is it possible to remove it?

I ordered the “pack of two” that’s listed for $14.95, but it only came as a pack of one. Not surprised because it was $5 cheaper than the pack of one, but thought I’d give it a try. Just be warned, it is not a pack of two
