Customer left 1 star review on the wrong product. How to remove?
Our customer inadvertently tanked our sales by leaving a 1 star review meant for our competitors product on our product. She included pictures of our competitors item with a scathing review and literally tells people to buy ours instead.
We tried to contact the customer a long time ago to ask for her to correct it but Amazon blocked the emails. Seller support does nothing but tell us to use the "Report" button for the review but obviously the review doesn't violate spam or harassment policies.
Is there anything that can be done? This branded product has 100 reviews at 4.6 average. Starting over is not an option. This is the "Top Critical Review" because it's the ONLY critical review but it has been extremely damaging.

Twice ordering this item and they came broken. The first time around there were no broken pieces in the box. Obviously, it was packaged at the factory that way and then shipped out damaged. The second one also came broken again on the end. Bad and flimsy plexiglass design, coupled with lousy (not strong enough) packaging were to blame. These are apparently made in China and the lack of quality sure showed. I strongly urge you to NOT buy these, but instead look getting lighted shelves that are made by a U.S. manufacturer and are made using an MDF board as a base frame! You'll pay a little more, but you'll receive a quality lighted shelf that is not arriving broken. Note too: The LED lights were not the same color when lit.

It sounds like you are talking about product review, not seller feedback.
You are not allowed to contact buyers regarding product review. Not for any reason. The only exception is through brand registry. And then only if Amazon has supplied a link.
