Can't get the approval notification on my phone number, no respone for the Two-step verification account recovery
When we change to our Canada account, the reminder is " you must specify a bank account to these marketplaces for receiving payment".
So we assign a bank account number to it, and after that the reminder is "For your security, approve the notification sent to: Mobile number *********20" the number is my phone number indeed, but I am not getting any notification on my phone number despite resend it many times.
And I try to check my login settings, but this time, i can't login it again, because i can't get the two factor verification on my phone, that is the same number indeed, I have already sent a request to reset the two-factor login identification three times 5 days ago, and I received same email that my request will be reviewed within 48 hours. But more than 5 days has passed and I have not received a response, and two-factor identification is still enabled.
We also opened three cases for this problem to the amazon seller support, but I get the same response is "Your case has been forwarded to another Amazon team and they will contact you regarding your question." But I haven't got any reply from them until now.
Is there anyone who can help me to solve this problem? What should I do now?

I see that you are experiencing issues with logging in and receiving two factor verification on your phone.

As it has been a few days since this post, can you confirm if this has been resolved as of yet? If not, please share the case ID's that you mentioned above so that I may look into this for you.
