Anyone else Receiving "OTHERS" charge in high amount? (my first thread got locked!)
I was wondering if anyone else is getting charged for "others" fee charged in high amount
I've been seeing a charge of over 10,000$ at the beginging of every month since October
When i tried to open a case with Amazon to discuss about this, they would transfer my case with no answer.
When i tried to call in to get an answer for these chrages, they just put me on hold and never come back.
Can anyone shine some lights as to whats going on here? and what can we do about this?
We currently have around $48,000 taken from us in the spend of 5 months.
Hope someone out there can answer our question.

We are also getting 'Other' charges debited from our account with no specific details as to what these charges are. The charges were debited 4 times:
1 x 2/21/2024
2 x 2/23/2024
1 x 2/27/2024
Not sure if this is a system wide issue within Amazon.

Dear All that have been following on this case,
I've got a conclusion for my case...
these charges occurs if you're one of the users or Amazon's new Parcel service from ship.amazon.com
these are your FBM shipping charges when you purchase Amazon shipping as your carrier.
Suggestion: name it something else other then "Others" maybe just call it.... ship.amazon charges

you should be able to find matching numbers in billing via ship.amazon.com
