Urgent Request for Assistance with Amazon FBA Errors Resulting in Unfair Reviews
We are currently facing a serious issue where Amazon FBA has mistakenly sent used products to our customers, leading to unfair negative reviews on our listings. Despite opening several cases (IDs listed below) and repeatedly reporting this problem, the reviews remain unchanged.

This is clearly not an error on our part. According to Amazon’s guidelines, such reviews should be removed. Please see the relevant information here:

Whether a product is fulfilled by Amazon or the seller, Customer Reviews that are entirely about a fulfillment issue are removed from the product detail page. If the review contains feedback about the product, we keep that within Customer Reviews. If you see a Customer Review that is entirely about the fulfillment experience, please report it to community-help@amazon.com and we will investigate."
You will need to contact community-help@amazon.com, however after reading the review, it is not related to the fulfillment service.
