Unfortunately there are many of us in the same boat... ABQ2 is over capacity and not allowing delivery.

I have $63K of product that has been sitting for over a month. Same situation, Central Transport, ABQ2. Picked up 8-23 in LA, Amazon says wont be received until 10-18. But the fact they gave me a date that is exactly 8 weeks from the pickup makes me think they have no idea.
Totally unacceptable. Amazon needs to take responsibility for their mistake in routing too much stuff to ABQ2 and they need to REROUTE to other warehouses. This is not rocket science Amazon. Do the right thing and reroute!
Not only will my listings be out of stock now (so no revenue from them), but I have $63K sitting on a truck doing nothing, my S&S are being lost, I'm low on capital to make other orders, and I even paid a lot extra for the placement fee, just so I can have the privilege of having my inventory hijacked. And now I will be charged low inventory fees when they are back in stock.

Have you invoices ready as you will need to prove ownership when you battle the Amazon bots! Oh how we all love Amazon....

Further investigated the shipment from our end and would like to confirm you that all units shipped in the shipment will be processed, completely received and added to your inventory within the time frame 2024-10-09 to 2024-11-04 unless any issue identified in the shipment.
We paid some big extra fees to deliver and receive the goods faster, but now we have to wait for 60 days. We will be without stock and revenues, also we gonna be charged for Amazon Low Stock fee.

Dont send anything to west coast during peak season or leading up to peak season. Split your shipments up when able. Dont put all your eggs in one basket.

Sellers are paying hefty placement fees and freight fees shipping to FC's that Amazon's algorithm dictates but of course we have backlog issues like this. We shipped 3 pallets to ABQ2 in August and they said it won't be received until 11/24. That is not only a 3 month delay but missing most of the holiday season. Amazon won't re-route it either at their expense. Terrible.

I am in the same boat. My last 3 shipments have been spilt into 5 shipments since 09/05 and out of the 15 shipments 4 are in receiving. I bring a case and I get the same nonsense of its peak season and the F.C. is overloaded. Then why the f>>> is Amazon routing them to these F.C.'s if they are overloaded? I have to wait until 10/14 to receive anything. Crazy.

Same for us. 5508 units sitting. Come on Amazon!

Greetings @Seller_S8hhxwqfMbDfc,
Thanks for raising this here on the forums, I can understand the frustration this has caused.
I wanted to check in, have you seen movement on this shipment? If no, would you kindly provide me with:
- Shipment ID
- Seller Support case number (if any)
- Was the shipment partner carrier or non-partner carrier?
Thanks in advance!
- Bryce
