Amazon is withholding my funds and refuses to allow me to appeal their deactivation
My amazon account was recently deactivated due to shipping delays. The shipping delays were in part due to the fact that I listed a handling time of 14 days with each product and Amazon automatically changed each back to 0 days. This caused disastrous problems to my account. I have replied and refunded any and all requests from customers and at this point I DO NOT EVEN WANT TO REACTIVATE MY SELLER ACCOUNT. They are requiring proof of delivery to appeal this decision. I have uploaded as many as they will allow me, but I cannot possibly upload hundreds of proofs of delivery. Again, this is all due to the fact that Amazon had unilaterally and automatically changed my handling time.
I reached out to an Amazon account specialist who ensured me I have submitted all of the information necessary to reactivate my account. Yet, I have gotten the same template email from Amazon over 5 times now. I have talked on end with amazon customer service who have ensured me I am doing what needs to be done. Yet amazon still sends me these template emails. They are withholding over $30,000 of my funds and it is causing extreme financial hardship. They are doing nothing to help and have essentially caused this problem. I have done everything in my power to show that items have been shipped, customers have been refunded when requested, and spoke to every account specialist who will talk to me.
At this point, I do not care about the account itself, I am done with Amazon. I want my funds released immediately. After a review of their policies, I do believe I have a cause for legal action and intend to do so if they continue to withhold my funds.
Once again - AMAZON RELEASE MY FUNDS.

Hello @Seller_p1jZTABzIA8jn,
Thank you for reaching out on the Forums with concerns about your account.
I see that your account has been deactivated for shipping issues and you have questions about how to obtain your funds.
So I can better understand and guide you the best, can you share if your account is deactivated, or if your merchant fulfilled offers have been restricted? You should have received a performance notification with details about the account restriction and if the funds will be held. Can you share that notification here after you have removed your personal information, for us to review?
If your account was placed under review, the review period should not take longer than 30 days, and your funds will be held during this time.
If your account is fully deactivated, per the funds withholding policy, after 60 days you can start the funds disbursement process. You email disbursement-appeals@amazon.com to start the process. An investigation will be conducted to ensure your account has not engaged in illegal activity, and when approved, you will receive your funds.
I look forward to learning more so we can guide you the best. Once you have reviewed the information and questions above, please feel free to respond here. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan

Hello @Seller_p1jZTABzIA8jn,
Thank you for your reply here in this thread.
As I mentioned in my last post, the day your merchant fulfilled offers were deactivated your account may have been placed under review. I urge you to go back over the performance notifications from that date to learn if your account was placed under review at that time. If so, this may be why your funds have been held as the review period takes up to 30 days and all funds are held during this time. Can you share that notification with us, after removing your personal information, so we can guide you the best?
Also, have you created any case logs about the funds concern as of yet? If so can you share the case ID here, so we can look into this further?
I look forward to your response.
Wishing you the best,
LeviDylan
