Amazon does not accept any loa or any invoice.

Amazon does not accept any loa or any invoice.

For Intellectual Property, it does not matter whether you get a loa from the seller or present an invoice for the product. Amazon does not approve in any way. It really does not matter whether you get a loa or authorization from the manufacturer.

I hope this problem is solved as soon as possible. It was said that everything will be easier for sellers when AHR comes. But we see from experience that it is not like that at all.

The acceptance of invoices and a letter of authorization will depend on the specific violation. As mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 can you provide any related case ID, ASIN, or type of infringement your received? If you received a performance notification for this, you can also provide this so I can look further into the situation.

When it comes to the acceptance of a letter of authorization, they will only be accepted if they are issued by the brand or rights owner themselves. If the manufacturer is not the brand or rights owner, they cannot authorize you as a distributor on amazon. When it comes to the acceptance of invoices, they will need to meet our responsible sourcing requirements as a general rule, however if they are not being accepted you may want to review our invoice requirement page for guidance on why they may be rejected.

Is it a pdf file, or is it printed and scanned?? They tend to only accept printed + scanned.

I totally agree with you. I have sent in the official paperwork from my suppliers that are required and they are never accepted.

I have given up as it isn't worth the wasted time.
