Update Package dimension on a new listing

Hello. I created a new listing but made mistakes when filling out the package dimensions information. However, this section is locked so I am unable to edit the information. The estimated Amazon fees is outrageous and will put me in the negative. I have raised a case with seller central but not gotten a response.

Can someone please suggest ways to fix this apart from deleting and relisting. Amazon doesn’t allow UPC codes to be reused. I am thinking of just sending the products in anyway, considering that they will be re-measured when they get to Amazon. Is this an option?

Hello @Seller_gOGoGVBTEWFMO,

Thanks for posting to the Forums. As relayed to you in case ending with 7621, your product could be re-measured after the inventory has been sent to the fulfillment center. As long as you have re-measurable inventory, this option could be possible. You'll want to update your case once that is done.

Regards,

- Manny
