Canada Post Strike - A-Z Claim

ORDER ID: 702-5500027-1247427

I just received an A-Z claim for an order I sent via Canada Post, who as you know are on strike. Within MINUTES of the submission of the claim it was granted, stating that my tracking information was incorrect. If they'd actually bothered to track the shipment they could've seen that the delivery of the package was delayed due to labor disruptions. Amazon cannot possibly think the sellers are liable for a strike occurring in one of their recommended couriers. I want the ODR impact to be removed immediately AND my money back.

Canada Post is currently not an Amazon integrated carrier. They lumped all of Canada Post shipments into the $30 VTR % exemption like they did with the purolator tracking glitch earlier this year.

This means Amazon's tracking system CAN NOT see any details of Canada Post shipments, so that is why it was granted within Minutes.

Regardless, labor disruptions is probably the reason why the claim was approved, as you didn't get it delivered to the customer within the estimated timeframe.

redirect your shipment, so you get your product back, i had two of these and odr was affected, argued and got no where.

We have had a few of these happen since the strike. We have been re-directing every package this happens to. Also, make sure to track and submit cases to alert Amazon of these A to Z issues. Sadly, all ODRs have also been impacted. They will not recognize that there is a strike and either state invalid tracking or that the parcel has been lost due to no movement.

A to Z are being granted as the shipments have missed the assigned delivery window, as per Amazon's policy this is a valid reason to grant these.

Amazon never care seller's lost! I also have about 100orders sent through Canada Post, now meet A-Z nearly everyday, The only victim of Canada Post's strike is us Amazon sellers. Now we can only blame ourselves for trusting Amazon's platform too much

I have 5 of these. Pushed my ODR so high that I lost my featured ability and so for the 12 days before XMAS, i have sold absolutely nothing. ZERO. Goose egg. NO sales in Canada for 12 days.

5 A-Z strikes, everyone of them falsely decided. Three gave my property away. $340, $340, and $330.

Over $1000 dollars was stolen from me by Amazon giving my products away. And for this $1000, I got 5 strikes any my business ruined. And I cannot EVEN GET LEADERSHIP to call me.

That is how little Amazon Canada cares about its sellers.

I think amazon operation in canada without proper policy and systems in place , They are testing the sellers and creating the path on the money of seller .what a unreliable company culture I did provided all the tracking ids on the calims —I asked the buyer to either return the product or make payment. The buyer confirmed via messages that they received the product and even agreed to keep it, but now they refuse to pay. The product's value is 90 CAD, and I have multiple buyers who purchased two or more units and are now requesting them for free.I reached out to customer support, but they keep forwarding the case to the A-to-Z team, and the A-to-Z team is providing the same response.
