Return request window and authorized return request
A customer placed 2 orders 41 days ago and requested returns 19 days ago. The return was authorized 19 days ago however the customer has not mailed back the product. How long does the return stay open before i can close it due to no action? I am trying to get some answers over chat with seller support but no one seems to know the answer.
One advisor told me the customer has 15 days after the 30 day return window to send back the product. What happens after that time has passed? Does the return close automatically? Do i need to do something?

The return will not close automatically. You can close it as "not returned"", but that doesn't mean they can't still return it.

You are allowed to close returns that haven't been sent back after 45 days I believe it is, but if the buyer already printed the label they can still use it after that time. I believe it does prevent them from printing a label after you have closed the return, though.
