There are a couple situations where Amazon may strikethrough seller feedback comments specific to delivery, though these are in instances where Amazon completed the fulfillment on your behalf, or the order was shipped using a "Claims protected" label.

As this order appears to be fulfilled by merchant, can you advise if this shipment was arranged through Buy Shipping, using a Claims protected label?
