Bank account frozen due to fraud
Could someone advise me on how to handle this? My bank account was frozen due to fraud last week, and that’s the account where my Amazon disbursements are typically deposited. The bank was supposed to make the account deposit-only, but I think there was an error since I don’t see the Amazon disbursement in my account. It looks like it may have been returned to Amazon.
I’m in the process of opening a new account to link to my Amazon account. How can I get my funds back from Amazon?

If they tried to deposit and it was blocked, then you will most likely not get a disbursement until your next payout date.

Hello @Seller_YhjAa0taekhh6,
Thank you for your post. My apologies on the frustration this has caused. I am hereto help assist you. I would suggest opening a seller support case to track and monitor this.
Next, I would update seller central with your new bank account information.
Important: Whenever you add or change your bank account information, a three-day security hold goes into effect. Fund transfers cannot be initiated until the hold expires, including those from any settlement cycles that close during the hold period. We recommend that you do not update your bank account within three days of your next regularly scheduled disbursement to avoid any delays in payments. Only the primary account owner can make changes related to payment information.
Once the account is linked, the funds will be directed.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions or concerns.
Cheers,
Micah
