Low Price Alert
I have been struggling with Amazon's low and high price alerts for quite some time. I will change about 100 prices and the next day I will get an email with another 20 to 40 to "fix". Recently, I have gotten a lot of low price alerts. I have not found a way to fix them. I have gone to pricing health but I can't search the ASIN to fix it. It used to be that you would have to set a minimum and maximum to correct a low price alert. Is that still the case? Is there a way to change or access the ones flagged as low price quickly? Any insight is appreciated.

Hi there @Seller_K1q4JUhS12oHx,
I do hope this finds you well.
I understand you have recently received violations of the Marketplace Fair Pricing policy and need further insight into how to address said violations.
Amazon constantly monitors pricing and determines what is best for buyers, with considerations to possible overpricing and under-pricing on the store. There are also considerations taken in regards to shipping costs, and also compares the prices with other prices available to our customers. This can also include prices set outside of Amazon.
Pricing practices that harm customer trust include, but are not limited to:
- Setting a reference price on a product or service that misleads customers;
- Setting a price on a product or service that is significantly higher than recent prices offered on or off Amazon;
- Selling multiple units of a product for more per unit than that of a single unit of the same product;
- Setting a shipping fee on a product that is excessive. Amazon considers current public carrier rates, reasonable handling charges, as well as buyer perception when determining whether a shipping price violated our fair pricing policy.
You should be able to edit the pricing on each violation and other listings where the policy applies via the pricing health page under the pricing tab. There are signals there, which will general indicate the reason for why the price has been flagged.
Occasionally, there might not be an applicable reference price. When you see this issue, it is best to reach out to the selling partner support team via a new case within the Help menu.
All the best,
Stevie
