Amazon cancelling practically ALL my removal orders
Amazon keeps cancelling my removal orders. I have placed countless removal orders (perhaps >20) over the past month. And in almost all cases, Amazon has simply cancelled my removal order (either the whole thing or most of it).
You may see, in the attached screenshot, the share of units requested to be removed that Amazon has actually removed. The most recent requests are at the top of the sheet. It is shockingly close to 0.
I simply receive cancellation notices a few days after placing each order. Amazon has also charged >$2,500 for these removals (which didn't happen) and they have charged storage fees of >$800, too. The storage fees are the biggest concern of all (this is, afterall, PEAK season, with extraordinarily expensive storage fees!). I saw a post (link here) where ( @Christine_Amazon) said there will be no storage fees charged after a removal order is placed. Yet I have this big bill to pay.
I have opened many cases with Seller Support about this issue (and nobody has been able to help). The responses have ranged from:
1) There is unexpected activity at Amazon Fulfillment Centers
2) It will take 5 business days
3) Wait 14 business days
4) We don't know what you're talking about
5) The most common one: we will contact you once we have an update but we don't know when that will be

Let's ask a basic question for a small bit of clarity --
Is your account active or is it suspended?
If you are suspended, they will cancel any/all/some of your removal orders depending on what you try to remove and the suspension reason.
If you are not suspended (and don't have any IP issues in your Account Health) then it's just Amazon being their normal screwed up site and hopefully some of the MODS can help (AFTER the weekend of course!)

Dominic from Amazon here, would like to provide additional information. Unfortunately in some cases a removal order will need to be cancelled. In some cases the team will recreate the removal order, in some cases you will need to do this.
