reapproval brand again, again, again. STOP automatic AI rejection.
Dear Amazon Team,
Due to the constantly changing and contradictory decisions, we're now considering leaving Amazon altogether. We get a brand approved and add it to our inventory. A week later, when we want to ship products to FBA warehouses, we're asked for approval again. These are products you previously approved and that we've purchased accordingly. We're reapplying, but we can't get past the meaningless automated bot rejections. When will Amazon truly realize that we're a customer and how much they're harming us? Such contradictory actions are unacceptable in just one week. We're not playing games; we're doing business.
We've filed so many cases. We can't find a single person we can talk to. Everything is just automated rejection drafts without any initiative. Amazon violates its own policies, despite paying its own invoice and meeting all requirements. All of our store's account metrics are good, and our account health score is quite high. We strictly adhere to all Amazon rules.
While we provide all this, AMAZON, the world's most customer-focused company, has no credibility whatsoever. When will it truly empathize with us?

It's insanity.
I submitted an invoice yesterday from a brand authorized distributor - distributor literally dropships directly from the brand. I submit a photo of the labels on each box that shows they were shipped directly from the Brand's distribution company "'Brand Name' Dist. LLC" Amazon says they cannot verify my supplier. WTH? Did you check their website? I literally ordered and was shipped a pallet of products, directly dropshipped from the brand... I've had enough of this crap.

Hello @Seller_lAoLty43jJMSx,
Thanks for posting to the Forums. Amazon requires approval to sell in many categories, brands, and products and in some instances restrictions and policies change. As the Amazon catalog grows, we continuously make new determinations on which products should be restricted, which is based on a number of factors. Amazon does this to ensure authenticity and customer satisfaction.
For this reason, you may be required to gain approval to sell certain products. In most situations, a direct invoice from the brand itself is required.
A letter of authorisation (LOA) can be a valuable addition to your appeal in these situations if you’re sourcing directly from the brand.
You will find more details about this using the resources below:
Categories and products that require approval

If I understand what you typed....
Maybe this has something to do with it??? That is an invalid supply chain, it violates section 3 of your Business Services agreement. You would need to buy directly from the brand (outside of Amazon) not from the brand on Amazon.....you would be buying retail on Amazon....why not buy from the brand at wholesale?
