Over Charged Pick and Pack Fee's

Hello Seller Support,

I am reaching out regarding a significant discrepancy in the FBA Pick & Pack fee charged for the following order:

* Order ID: **Too Many to List**

* ASIN:

* Item: 2.56" x 3.75", Pack Of 100

* Transaction Date: Over 100 transactions Between February 2025 and May 2025 (View Transactions)

* Item Price: $10

* Pick & Pack Fee Charged: $9.82

According to Amazon's FBA fee schedule, this product should fall under the Small Standard-Size category, with an expected Pick & Pack fee of approximately $3.22. However, I was charged $9.82, which aligns more with fees for larger size tiers.

Additionally, I noticed a related fee adjustment labeled "Weight and Dimension Change" was processed from January 2025 to May 2025 which may have caused the fee increase. I believe this may have been triggered by an incorrect remeasurement or misclassification of the product's size tier.

Could you please:

1. Confirm the current size and weight classification of this ASIN in your system?

2. Review and remeasure the item if necessary?

3. Reimburse any overcharged fees if the size/weight was incorrectly updated?

This is my fourth attempt to resolve this issue. I’ve already called Seller Support and submitted multiple cases. The current Pick & Pack fee for this ASIN is inconsistent with Amazon’s own published FBA fee structure. Please escalate this case to a Senior FBA Specialist or Account Health Team. I am requesting a remeasurement and reimbursement for overcharged fees.

Please let me know if you need any additional information or documentation from my side. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Best regards,

Hello Seller Support,

You are not talking to seller support here, this is the seller forum and we are other sellers.

What do you see in your "Manage Inventory" for the specific ASIN? You can see there the fees Amazon will deduct from the sales price. Don't you see $ 9.82 for FBA and referral fee?

Also, Amazon is a self service platform where the seller has to fix things himself. So seller support will not

You can make remeasure your product, again with a specific tool. Go in seller central, on top in the search bar type "remeasurement" and read what pops up and follow the instructions.

Otherwise you can contact seller support in seller central clicking on "Help" on top and following the screen.

So, first of all this is a seller's forum. To actually converse with Amazon employees you need to create a case.

What's the ASIN (if you're willing to share)?

How is it packaged? Poly bag, box, loose?

What do you think the dimensions are?

What does Amazon think the dimensions are?
