Good morning @Seller_ke7PCmgZVPrbd,

Thank you for posting, and I will be happy to elaborate on the FBA returns process. When an FBA item is returned to the FC, Amazon will evaluate the condition of each returned item. If Amazon determines that the item is sellable, it will be returned to your inventory. If Amazon determines that it is unsellable (defective or damaged, for example), they will assess who caused the damage. Then Amazon will decide if you are eligible for a reimbursement.

A returned item is classified as unsellable for the following reasons:

  • The item is not in the same condition as previously listed.
  • It is defective, damaged, opened, lacking required labeling, prohibited, or otherwise unsuitable.
  • The item may pose a health or safety risk to our associates, or to the next customer who buys it. Examples of these items may include, but are not restricted to, consumables, personal care products, and products with expiration dates.

Based on your initial post, it sounds like maybe some of the items that have been returned to you have been marked Unsellable, is that correct? That would be why they haven't been made active. If that's not the case, let me know here!
