Account deactivated due to ip violation
Hi everyone,
My account was deactivated due to an IP violation I received back in February. While I successfully had two newer IP violations retracted, I’ve been unable to resolve the third and oldest complaint. Despite multiple attempts to contact the rights owner via email and phone, I have not been successful in securing a retraction. As a result, all of my funds remain on hold, and my business is rapidly declining.
After thoroughly reviewing my entire sales history, I’ve confirmed that none of the funds currently being held are even connected to the brand associated with the IP violation. I have submitted several Plans of Action and provided all relevant details to support my reinstatement, but I’ve made no progress. It feels as though the rights owner of this complaint may be acting with a personal vendetta, possibly aiming to sabotage not just my business but others facing similar issues.
I’m seeking advice on how to navigate this situation and would greatly appreciate any help or guidance you can offer to resolve this matter. I’m open to all suggestions.
Thank you.

Or perhaps they are just protecting their IP. I doubt that it's personal.
Unless you can prove to Amazon that your products were legit, and that you were authorized to sell them, you'll never get your account back. It might be possible to recover a portion of your funds through arbitration, but unless you have a huge balance, it's unlikely that you'll come out ahead after paying a lawyer.

Hello @Seller_XEEsVKXFf2xa2,
Thank you for posting hereon the forums.
I see that your account has been deactivated for Intellectual property (IP) issues and you have questions about what available appeal options you have.
@Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw is correct here. If your account overall is deactivated for IP complaints you must obtain a retraction from the rights owner or prove that the complaint has been submitted in error. Typically, there will be no exceptions to this.
Can you please provide the deactivation performance notification and any follow-up notification you have received about this? When posting notifications here on the forums, please ensure you have removed your personal information first. Also, if you have any case log ID's, please post them here so I can review the details.
I am looking forward to your response. The Forums community and I are here to support you.
Wishing you the best,

Hello @Seller_XEEsVKXFf2xa2,
Thank you for posting your follow up information.
As noted in this case, if the rights owner is unwilling to retract their complaint, the violation will remain in the account and continue to cause the deactivation to persist. The rights owner is not required to retract their complaint. If you still feel you are not in violation of their intellectual properties, you may need to seek external legal council as we can only accept a retraction, or a letter of authorization issued by the brand at this point.
Has your account been deactivated in error?
If you believe there has been an error, please tell us why. Your explanation should include an explanation for how your account has not violated the brand’s intellectual property along with documents mentioned above to support authenticity.
Since the notice required proof on how you have complied with our processes and were not in violation. If a situation occurred where something was listed incorrectly and could be fixed you can explain your situation and how you were authorized to list and use these intellectual properties, however giving the nature of this situation we will require a letter of authorization, or retraction. We in this specific situation cannot accept a plan of action by itself. If this documentation cannot be provided or verified the account will not be eligible for reactivation.
