About submit information didn't match my seller account

I got a reply from a specialist from Amazon he said”Is the information listed on the documents provided also listed in your seller account? This doesn’t just include your name and address, but should include phone numbers, emails addresses, and credit cards. The information used to purchase your product should be able to be matched with the information listed on your account.” but some documents didn’t show my phone number is that mean didn’t match. Also I use Apple Pay to purchase my products so these receipts show the last for digital number didn’t match physical apple card last four numbers . I have no idea why and i also contacted apple card customer service they don’t know either. But I submit Apple Card monthly payment which can show exactly I purchased these products. I thought I submitted documents let human being to review so they can figure out which is Me the account holder to purchase these stuff and Amazon is a Tech company they should be understand technology. I have no idea after I submit all the documents they still can’t figure out is me . About Nike authorization. I intention use tax exempt to check out and every time the Nike store manager will take pictures to my ID, the receipts and my tax exempt so they know we are going to sell these products. I hope some logical person can read these and can give me really help.
