Hello, Sellers!

The Amazon team responsible for building shipping tools is here, and they want to hear directly from you. Your answers to this short survey won't just sit in a thread, they'll go straight to the team exploring how to make shipping easier and more affordable for Canadian sellers.

This is your opportunity to tell the people building these tools exactly what's working, what isn't, and what you need most.

How You Ship Today

1. Where do your orders ship to? (Respond below with all that apply)

  • Within Canada (domestic)
  • To the US
  • International (outside US)

2. Which carriers or shipping services do you use to ship your orders? (e.g. Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, DHL, Canpar, etc.)

3. How do you get your shipping labels and handle fulfilment today? (Respond below with all that apply)

  • I have negotiated business rates directly with my carrier (e.g. Canada Post Solutions for Small Business account, UPS business account)
  • I buy labels directly from the carrier at standard/retail rates (e.g. Canada Post website, UPS.com)
  • I use a third-party shipping aggregator for rate comparison and labels (e.g. ShipStation, Shippo, Easyship, Stallion Express)
  • I use a 3PL that handles storage and shipping on my behalf (e.g. ShipBob, Deliverr)
  • I go to the post office / retail counter
  • Other

What Could Help Your Business

4. If Amazon offered discounted shipping labels directly through Seller Central (similar to Buy Shipping available in the US), how interested would you be?

  • Very interested - this would save me time and money
  • Somewhat interested - depends on the rates and carriers available
  • Not interested - my current setup works well for me

5. Is there anything about shipping in Canada that frustrates you or that you wish Amazon could help with?

💬Why Your Response Matters

The shipping team is actively reviewing this thread. Every response helps them understand what Canadian sellers need most — whether that's better rates, more carrier options, or simpler label printing.

Hello Amazon Selling Partner Support,

I respectfully request that Case ID: 20994926101 be escalated to the appropriate Brand Applications team for a comprehensive manual review.

I appreciate the time that has been taken to review this application. However, I remain unable to understand what specific requirement is preventing approval.

Throughout the review process, the stated reasons for declining this application have changed significantly.

Initially, the application was declined due to alleged "potential document alterations." After I clarified that the submitted invoice is the original wholesale invoice issued directly by Chens Enterprises Corporation and requested that Amazon verify the documentation directly with the supplier, that concern was no longer referenced.

The latest response now simply states that the documentation "did not pass review" without identifying any specific deficiency.

The documentation submitted consists of:

• An original wholesale invoice issued by Chens Enterprises Corporation to 16209009 Canada Inc.

• An official supplier verification letter confirming the invoice, products purchased, quantities purchased, and business relationship.

The same supplier has already been successfully accepted on this seller account. Documentation issued by Chens Enterprises Corporation has previously been accepted by Amazon in support of successful Grocery category approval and SAMYANG brand approval.

The supplier remains fully willing to verify:

• Invoice SI198198

• The authenticity of the invoice

• The products supplied

• The quantities purchased

• The transaction

• The business relationship

• The supply chain

I am not requesting an exception to Amazon policy, nor am I requesting approval without review.

I am respectfully requesting only two things:

1. That this application be reviewed manually by the appropriate Brand Applications team.

2. If the documentation is still considered insufficient, that the specific deficiency be identified so that it may be properly addressed.

At present, I have received multiple different reasons for rejection, followed by a generic response with no explanation. Without understanding what requirement remains unmet, it is impossible to provide additional documentation or corrective action.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

Amazon took my money from my payments
by Seller_PSEZCDp4dIhLa

Hello everyone,

My Amazon seller account was deactivated due to supplier verification concerns. Since then, I have done everything Amazon requested. I submitted genuine supplier invoices, proof of payment, order confirmations, delivery confirmations, bank transaction records, and a document with my supplier's contact information so Amazon could verify the invoices directly if needed.

Despite providing all of this documentation, my appeals have continued to be denied. Now Amazon has removed CA$13,332.44 from my seller account because of the deactivation. I find this very difficult to understand. I have always tried to cooperate with Amazon and have submitted only authentic documents. If there was something specific missing, I would have been happy to provide it. Instead, I received repeated responses saying my documentation was insufficient without a clear explanation of what could resolve the issue.

Has anyone had their funds restored after a similar situation?

Thank you for taking the time to read my post.

Starting in July 2026, we'll begin removing seller eligibility requirements for the Featured Offer. This change will roll out gradually across all Amazon stores globally, completing by the end of 2026. No action is required from you, and your existing offers will automatically be included with this update.

Currently, we determine which sellers are eligible based on seller performance criteria. Then, we rank all offers listed by eligible sellers for a particular product and select the Featured Offer from that pool. As we've continued to improve our processes and hear feedback from sellers, we determined that the first seller eligibility step is no longer delivering additional value to customers, so we're removing it.

We're not changing how the Featured Offer is selected. We'll continue to evaluate offers and select the Featured Offer based on criteria most important to customers, such as competitive pricing, delivery speed, and performance.

Being considered for the Featured Offer doesn't guarantee your offer will be featured.

For more information about how Featured Offers are selected, go to Becoming the Featured Offer.

Customer Scam
by Seller_jQh1BY8iOUFX0
Amazon replied

We're looking for advice from other sellers regarding a recent high-value order.

A customer placed an order worth approximately **$3,000**. We shipped the order on time, and it was delivered within the estimated delivery window. The carrier provided valid tracking information along with a **Proof of Delivery (POD)** photo showing the package delivered to the customer's front porch.

After the delivery, the customer claimed that the package was never received and requested a cancellation/refund. Despite the carrier's delivery confirmation and POD, Amazon issued the customer a full refund.

As a result, we lost approximately **$3,000** worth of inventory, the customer appears to have kept the products, and our **Order Defect Rate (ODR)** was negatively impacted even though the shipment was delivered according to the carrier's records.

Has anyone experienced a similar situation? What options do we have at this stage? Is there any successful appeal process, reimbursement option, or escalation path when there is valid Proof of Delivery from the carrier?

Any advice or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Featured Offer Ieligibilty
by Seller_pTChBfnOS0Lke
Amazon replied

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for some advice regarding Amazon's Featured Offer eligibility.

My product is currently priced at CA$19.99, but Amazon has marked my Featured Offer as Ineligible, stating that the competitive price is CA$11.71.

The confusing part is that other sellers are offering the exact same product on Amazon for CA$34.99, and they still have the Featured Offer. I have also provided Amazon with links and screenshots from eBay, Walmart, Canadian Tire, and Best Buy Canada showing that the market price is much higher than CA$11.71.

Despite submitting this evidence through multiple cases, Amazon keeps rejecting my requests without explaining where the CA$11.71 competitive price is coming from.

Has anyone experienced a similar issue? Were you able to get Amazon to correct the competitive price or restore your Featured Offer eligibility? Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I can provide anything needed

Thank you!

Pricing Issue - Losing Money
by Seller_uTdHv4r7JQe3Z
Amazon replied

Is anyone also seeing people buying their products for lower prices? We have 0 promotions/deals/discounts going on, and some buyers are able to buy our products for $8.79 instead of of $9.99!

This has been happening since July 1st - this is an Amazon internal issue though customer support has also really not helped us with this issue and we are losing $100s of dollars!

Hi everyone,

I'm hoping someone can help me understand what's happening with our new FBA listing.

Our product went live about two days ago and was visible on Amazon.ca. We could find it by searching our brand name and product name.

Last night, we launched our first Sponsored Products PPC campaign. Since then, our product has disappeared from Amazon search results. Even when we search for the exact brand name and product name, the listing does not appear.

The listing is still Active in Seller Central, our Account Health is healthy, and we haven't received any policy violations or notifications.

Another strange thing is that last night I saw one order in Seller Central, but this morning it shows zero orders. I'm not sure if the order was canceled or if this is related to the listing issue.

Let me know what steps to take..
