We spoke to Both Costco Canada HQ and Costco USA HQ, both confirmed that they did not regiter the "Kirkland Brand" into registry that Amazon is lying, They also confirmed that Seller can sell where ever they want and there is no LOA required and they dont provide or produce such things, therefore Asking from Amazon is clear targeting Specific Sellr like us as you can clearly see that they are gating us as where other sellers are freely selling products.

We have name from executive team management of Costco who confirmed this.

Costco also Confirmed if asked then the Receipt as proof of purchase is the official invoice and should suffice.

Please have this Brand application accepted , there is no reason for gating, it has been almost 2 months

Every time I add a new product, the listing becomes Inactive and shows “Request Approval.”

I already have Brand Registry approval and GTIN exemption approval for my brand. However, when I click “Request Approval,” it shows: “Your account does not qualify.

And the problem continues even after I recreate the listing.

I contacted Seller Support two days ago, this is Case# 19577247841, but it has not been resolved yet. Is there anyone experience the same issue?

Hi,

We hope you are doing well.

We would like to confirm whether, if we receive an order that is close to our warehouse or within our local shipping area (approximately 10–20 minutes away), we are allowed to deliver that order ourselves. Or is it mandatory to use a registered shipping company for all deliveries?

Additionally, we have our own tracking website created on WordPress that provides order updates. If we deliver the item ourselves, are we allowed to use our own tracking system? Please note that our tracking website is not officially registered or integrated with Amazon.

Our main concern is avoiding high shipping costs for deliveries that are only a few minutes away. In some cases, shipping companies do not handle fragile items, especially glass products, with proper care, which may result in damage. We want to ensure that these items are delivered safely and handled carefully.

We would appreciate it if you could please clarify this for us.

We have created multiple cases and have been receiving useless responses for multiple weeks with no progress. The seller support is just responding with the same mindless copy pasted responses without addressing the issue.

When creating a FBA shipment, we are unable to send inventory for 3 asins due to "maximum inventory allowed for this product, due to capacity" WHEN THE INVENTORY IS AT ZERO. So the maximum capacity is 0? That doesn't make sense.

We are posting this here to try to find someone competent to fix this problem. It's ridiculous. The case number is 19592906551. The three asins are B0CQJ1MNGL, B0B3FSSXGZ and B0BSRCXPG1.

Amazon help support rejected our application because 'the email address used doesn't match your selling account. Submit a new application using your registered email address.'

Now, we have multiple business emails, all different for communication, reports etc. We also have Primary Owner and a contributor accounts under user permissions.

Which email(s) is/are considered as 'registered email address'?
